    Job Title: Maintenance Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to coordinate maintenance activities, minimize downtime, and ensure smooth production operations. This role involves overseeing routine maintenance and repairs of production machinery, including machines, conveyors, and related equipment, and developing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production operations.

    + Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of production machinery, including machines, conveyors, and related equipment.

    + Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner.

    + Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment modifications.

    + Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts, ensuring availability while minimizing excess stock.

    + Order and procure necessary parts and tools, maintaining cost-effectiveness and timely availability.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades.

    + Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team.

    + 3 to 5 years experience as a Millwright

    + 4 to 6 years electrical and machine experience

    + 2+ years leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or flexible packaging environment

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
