What You’ll Do

+ Be the Data Hero: Abstract clinical details from surgical cases and enter them into the ACS NSQIP database.

+ Spot the Trends: Monitor quality metrics, identify patterns, and share insights that drive improvement.

+ Collaborate & Innovate: Work with surgeons, nurses, and quality teams to ensure data integrity and make an impact.

What You Bring

+ Registered Nurse (RN) Required: RN/BSN strongly preferred for this role.

+ NSQIP Certification: Not required at hire, but must be obtained within 30 days of starting.

+ Sharp Eye for Detail: Analytical skills to uncover trends and opportunities.

+ Clinical Know-How: Patient care experience is a big plus!

Bonus Points For

+ Excel wizardry and EPIC EMR familiarity.

+ Experence in utilization review, care management, or concurrent review.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hartford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
