Maintenance Supervisor | Pharma Manufacturing

Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Start)

Pay: $38.00 – $43.00 / hour (Based on experience)

The Opportunity Join a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment as a critical frontline leader. This role is perfect for a high-level technician looking for a title upgrade or an experienced supervisor seeking a stable, professional Monday–Friday day shift.

Core Responsibilities

+ Direct Leadership: Assign and oversee daily tasks for the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and safety.

+ Hands-on Technical Support: Lead troubleshooting and repairs for critical manufacturing, utility, and facility equipment.

+ Utility Management: Maintain and repair high-end systems: HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Compressed Air, WFI, and Clean Steam.

+ Compliance & Documentation: Ensure 100% audit-readiness in accordance with cGMP, FDA, and OSHA standards.

+ Strategic Upkeep: Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and root-cause analysis via CMMS (B.M.R.A.M.) to minimize downtime.

Top Must-Haves

+ 5+ Years Experience: Hands-on maintenance in a regulated environment (Pharma, Nutra, or Med-Device).

+ Supervisory Track Record: Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and prioritize work under pressure.

+ Technical Proficiency: Ability to read/interpret P&IDs, blueprints, and SOPs.

+ Systems Expert: Deep experience with pharmaceutical utilities (WFI, Clean Steam, Chillers).

Pluses

+ Proficiency with B.M.R.A.M. or similar CMMS.

+ Experience collaborating with Engineering/Validation on new equipment installs.
