    Job Summary

    EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented **Service Order Manager (SOM)** a bid proposal for a large healthcare government healthcare facilities at **Fort Bragg, NC.** The Service Order Manager will oversee and coordinate all assigned projects. The SOM's main responsibility is managing Service Orders.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Manage service orders

    + Oversee all subcontractors hire to perform work.

    + Obtain quotes for government requested work.

    + Ensure proper scopes of work are provided for any approved requested work.

    Qualifications:

    + Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

    + Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

    + Must have experience managing service orders.

    + Must have experience obtaining quotes for government requested work and ensuring proper scopes of work are provided for approved requested work.
