Principal Accountabilities:

+ Operating forklifts, robotic palletizing, depalletizer, stretch wrapper and all associated equipment to produce quality product

+ Operate storage equipment and all associated equipment to store and retrieve product

+ Correctly receive and ship product in accordance with orders

+ Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform minor maintenance on this equipment

+ Put Trash/Cardboard away (dispose in trash compactor/carboard bailer)

+ Perform elevated work to retrieve stuck pallets or equipment in racks

+ Perform periodic inventories as necessary with the support of office personnel to maintain accurate warehouse counts

+ Perform line changeovers as needed

+ Supply and order packaging materials as necessary to own area as well as other areas

+ Cross train in all areas as needed

+ Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations

+ Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

+ Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

+ Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer

+ Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility

+ Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

+ Basic use of a computer

+ Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)

+ Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation

+ Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice

+ Experience operating forklift

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems

+ Experience working in a production-related work
