    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As an Application Support Specialist for FinLAB’s AWS-based analytics environment, you will provide crucial technical support and troubleshooting for Jupyter Notebooks, EMR workflows, and Hive data structures, ensuring users experience minimal downtime and optimal performance. Leveraging your expertise in Python, AWS services, and SQL, you’ll address incident tickets, resolve system and user issues, monitor batch jobs and data pipelines, and support routine maintenance activities. You will work closely with analytics users and engineering teams, document solutions and best practices, and help drive operational improvements, all while ensuring compliance and contributing to a secure, high-performing analytics platform that supports client's needs.

    SKILLS

    Position Details:

    + Pay Rate / Range:_____$60-$70___________________
