    Within our Corporate Supply Chain team located in Denver Leprino is seeking a Transportation Analyst to move our organization to even larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth!     At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $72,000 and $81,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

    What Youll Do:

    + Coordinate domestic and international shipments across truckload, LTL, intermodal, rail, drayage, and ocean freight.

    + Build clear shipment plans from load creation through delivery, keeping service and cost in balance.

    + Communicate consistently with carriers and internal partners to support accurate, on-time delivery.

    + Track shipments, identify delays early, and take action to keep orders moving.

    + Use routing guides to select carriers that meet service expectations at the lowest practical cost.

    + Maintain accurate transportation data in SAP and E2Open/BluJay to support execution and payment.

    + Review carrier invoices, validate charges, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

    + Approve detention and demurrage charges within established policies and limits.

    + Partner across teams to resolve complex transportation issues and improve daily workflows.

    + Support annual carrier RFPs by sharing lane insights, trends, and service feedback.

    + Contribute data-backed input for carrier scorecards and exception reporting.

    + Share ideas that improve transportation processes, systems, and team efficiency!

    + Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to ensure uninterrupted customer support when needed.

    You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

    + A bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field.

    + Two years of relevant experience within a supply chain field of work.

    + Hands-on experience coordinating domestic and/or international freight movements.

    + Working knowledge of transportation terminology, modes, and carrier processes.

    + Experience using an ERP and/or TMS for shipment execution and carrier payment.

    + Availability to support an on-call rotation approximately one week every other month.

    We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

    + Masters degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

    + Experience using SAP and E2Open/BluJay transportation systems.

    + Exposure to carrier RFPs, scorecards, or continuous improvement projects.

    + Experience supporting export shipments and ocean freight coordination.
