RN Nurse Manager – Full Time $88,000–$90,000/year (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
+ Oversee the clinical practice of nursing and staff performance on an assigned long-term care unit
+ Complete scheduled databases, MDS’s, RAPs, and care plans for new and existing residents
+ Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop and implement individualized care plans
+ Supervise and develop nursing personnel to ensure competence and quality resident care
+ Monitor infection control standards and submit reports to the DON as required
+ Review Quality Indicators, sentinel events, accidents, and incidents to implement corrective actions and prevent reoccurrence
+ Uphold compliance with the Resident Abuse Law, ensuring prompt reporting and participation in investigations as directed
+ Promote resident safety, dignity, and well-being through compassionate leadership and care

Qualifications
+ Current RN license in New York State
+ Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisor/nurse manager role
+ Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
+ Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
+ Ability to manage, mentor, and inspire nursing staff while ensuring compliance with care standards
