The candidate selected for this position will function as the **Finance Director** for a complex portfolio of **development, production, and sustainment programs** within the **Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) Product Line in the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area** . With annual revenue >$250m, the AEWS product line is at the tip of the spear executing and capturing the next advanced electronic warfare programs, many of which are classified in nature. This role serves as a strategic and collaborative business partner to the AEWS Product Line Director and the ECS Finance leadership team. The role is based in Nashua, NH at our 95 Canal St location.
*Due to the nature of the specific programs that this role will support, there is a strong preference for the selected individual to have **at least a Secret Clearance coming into the role** . The **minimum expectation is that an individual must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance** , for which the process would be initiated immediately upon starting in the role.
Responsibilities include:
+ Finance business partner to AEWS Product Line Director and the entire AEWS leadership team
+ Develop financial forecasts for the product line for the current year and the long-range plan, incorporating a full view of risk and opportunities to the forecast
+ Align with the team on strategic direction and priorities and the financial forecast
+ Deliver on all weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, including reporting on variances
+ Review and approve bids and proposals
+ Support business case analysis and investment decisions
+ Provide guidance and oversight to the product line and program teams ensuring compliance
+ Develop opportunities for team development, growth, and continuous improvement
+ Ensure financial resources are available as needed throughout the product line
+ Partner with the product line to support commerciality pursuits ensuring compliance and profitability
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ **Bachelor s degree** in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics (or similar degree focus)
+ **12 years** of work experience
+ **6 years** of aerospace/defense industry experience
+ **Proven leadership skills** and ability to work in a dynamic environment
+ **Program Finance** and **Earned Value** experience
+ Demonstrated ability to offer strategic leadership of proposals, development/review of **financial forecasting of salient data** , and successful **management & mentoring of staff** .
+ Demonstrated ability to **shape program** **and proposal execution strategies**
+ Demonstrated ability to **summarize complex programmatic and financial issues** and **communicate recommendations clearly to executive leadership**
+ Ability to **partner across all functions to drive business results**
+ **Secret Clearance** - or at minimum, ability to quickly obtain it shortly after starting in role
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
