The Banking Relationship Manager (Associate) supports the management and optimization of ADP’s key banking relationships. This role assists with day-to-day bank account administration, monitors account activity, helps resolve operational issues, and supports ongoing compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The associate collaborates with internal partners to ensure seamless banking operations, prepares routine reports, hosts meetings with assigned banks, and assists with documentation for account openings, modifications, and ongoing maintenance. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, project support, and a professional customer service mindset when interacting with banking partners and internal stakeholders and sensitive escalations.
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 1–2 years’ experience in banking operations, treasury, or financial services preferred
+ Familiarity with banking products, payment methods, account documentation, and cash management processes
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT
+ Understanding of banking compliance standards and experience assisting with audit processes and documentation
+ Follow through to close out service and operational gaps
+ Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
