Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Project Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Scheduling Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Scheduling Coordinator
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ or Clearwater, FL (Onsite)
**Pay Range:** $40/hr plus OT, benefits
What's the Job?
+ Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
+ Gather, analyze, and interpret data to prepare accurate status reports and performance metrics.
+ Coordinate work assignments and timelines to align with organizational policies and priorities.
+ Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
+ 0-2 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or related disciplines.
+ Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
+ Familiarity with project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
