    Allied Universal® is hiring a Residential Concierge Associate. The Residential Concierge greets residents and visitors and provides a professional and welcoming environment at high profile residential client site.

    Site Location: Rock Hill, SC 29732

     

    Security Officer: Afternoon Shift

     

    Employment Type: Part Time

     

    Starting Base Pay: $14.00 per hour

     

    Workdays Available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

     

    Shifts Available: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

     

    Hospital: Vaccines

     

    Must Have Great Customer Service Skills

     

    Must Be Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet

    Allied Universal provides State Training for your Security License! Uniforms and Training at no cost to you!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Customer service, greet residents and guests to the residential complex in a welcoming and professional manner at all times

    + Direct food delivery personnel to the residential apartment

    + Accept packages as needed for residents or directs delivery to the correct apartment

    + Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards

    QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

    + High school diploma or Verifiable High School Diploma or GED (Certificates of Completion not acceptable)

    + As a condition of employment, applicant must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test and physical

    + Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

    + Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills

    + Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applications

    + Attention to detail

    + Customer service skills

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

    + Customer service or hospitality experience in a residential community or hotel setting
