As an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will operate a vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and perimeter areas.

+ Monitor for and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards observed during patrols.

+ Assist with access control by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.

+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

+ Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
