Job Summary
As a Partner Program Coordinator at NetApp, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our partner programs. You will work closely with the Partner Programs team to manage a mix of administrative and project management tasks that enhance the NetApp Partner experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and passionate about building strong relationships.
Job Requirements
Essential Functions:
+ Assist in the administration of partner program release requirements and documentation.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact to triage and assign program requests to appropriate resources for resolution.
+ Perform processing and documentation of partner applications, including internal and external communications on application status.
+ Maintain program Teams site and release boards.
+ Maintain accurate records of program activities and field-driven program requests.
+ Facilitate regular meetings to review release status and report progress to Partner Programs leadership.
+ Manage the scheduling and planning for program meetings, training, and events.
+ Provide general administrative support to the partner program team.
Requirements:
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Experience with tools like Salesforce or PowerBI desired
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
+ Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Education
+ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is desirable but not required.
+ Familiarity with partner ecosystems and channel programs is a plus.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 89,250 - 132,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
