    Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking a dedicated and collaborative PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our Pediatric Therapy Team in a full-time, hourly position.

    As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will:

    + Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment for pediatric patients.

    + Develop individualized care plans tailored to each child's diagnosis, development, and therapeutic goals.

    + Supervise and implement appropriate treatment techniques and modalities.

    + Incorporate patient and family education to support long-term outcomes.

    + Document all evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with therapy standards.

     

    This role will work day shift Monday-Friday, and rotating inpatient weekend coverage every 6th weekend.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s Degree(or higher) in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.

    + Current Wisconsin Physical Therapy License(or eligibility).

    + BLS Certification(or obtained within 90 days of hire).
