ASPIRUS ST. LUKE'S CLINIC in Duluth, MN is seeking a MANAGER - HOME HEALTH to join our HOME HEALTH ADMINISTRATION team!
Salary Range: $41.49 - $66.41 Hourly
Schedule/Hours: DAY ONLY, 8 hours
Weekend Requirement: Generally No Weekends
FTE: FULL TIME, 1.000000 FTE
The Manager-Home Care is responsible to the Home Care/Hospice Director for providing leadership and management of the Home Care department. Supervises and/or coordinates the functions related to business transactions, medical records management, clinical services, compliance, safety and customer service. Works collaboratively system-wide with administrative and medical staff as needed. In consultation with the Home Care/Hospice Director, is responsible for program planning and insures compliance with regulatory, organizational, and professional standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing or its equivalent in related field.
+ Experience: Three (3) years clinical experience, at least two (2) years of which were as a registered nurse in a Medicare Certified Home Health and/or Hospice Agency.
+ Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current license in Minnesota to practice as registered nurse. Must obtain Wisconsin RN license within ninety (90) days of hire. Wisconsin Background Study upon hire and renewed per Wisconsin state law.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Education: Masters Degree in Nursing or its equivalent in a related field, or active enrollment in Masters program with agreed upon completion date is strongly preferred.
+ Experience: One (1) year supervisory/management experience in Home Care/Hospice.
+ Licensure/Certification/Registration: Outcome Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Certification upon hire or within one (1) year of meeting eligibility requirements.

+ SPEAKING - Advanced: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, top management, public groups, clients, customers, and the general public.
+ MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Advanced: Ability to comprehend and apply advanced mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plan and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations and proportions to practical situations.
+ REASONING ABILITY - Advanced Skills: Ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and deal with a variety of concrete and abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
+ AGE SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES - Skilled at assessment and knowledgeable of growth and development. Provides appropriate care respective to the ages of the patients served per clinical environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Subject to varying and unpredictable situations. Emergency or crisis situations. Occasionally subjected to irregular hours.
