    This position is located at Central Office and may have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule or work in the office. If teleworking, the incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.

     

    The Organizational Learning Coordinator is responsible for enhancing internal capacity and performance through strategic training, streamlined communications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. This role supports staff development, promotes organizational learning, and ensures consistent, accessible program information across platforms. This position also leads survey design and analysis to inform continuous improvement efforts.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Two years of professional experience that demonstrates the following:

    + Experience developing training curriculum and presenting to adult learners; and

    + Experience designing surveys, conducting evaluations, and providing recommendations for improvements; and

    + Experience conducting program evaluations and providing recommendations for improvements; and

    + Experience using tools like Microsoft Office and SharePoint to create reports, dashboards, and presentations.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience developing and maintaining platforms for consistent, accessible program information.

    + Experience planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects and deadlines.

    + Experience applying organizational development and change management strategies.

    + Advanced experience using Microsoft Office and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, Salesforce) for dashboards and progress tracking.
