What You'll Do: This position requires the operation of equipment for secondary operations (e.g., Lathes, Drills, Coil Winders, Tapping and Drilling Machines, etc.) associated with operations in the FEEDERS area and learning how to set-up them. In This Function,

You Will: Operate a variety of industrial machinery to: cut, wind, rivet, weld, bend, straighten, and form metal or plastic parts; according to specifications and quality requirements. Learn and master the operation of 30% or more of the machinery associated with their position, according to the area's Cross Training Matrix. -Perform simple tool changes (fixtures). -Perform assigned TPM/Operator. -Read and interpret specifications in engineering drawings (when necessary). -Perform inspections by attribute (e.g., threads, holes, Go, No-Go gages and Testers) to parts and components, according to the established drawings and quality requirements (where necessary). -Fully use and be certified in the handling of measuring instruments, such as: Testers, caliper, comparator, micrometer, pin gages, thread gage, Go, No-Go gage and required hand tools such as screwdriver, pliers, hammer, etc. -Actively participate in Kaizen events (when necessary). -Requires the guidance of a more skilled operator. -Carry out their work complying with the established operational guidelines (MESH, LEAN, ERP, etc.). -Help make adjustments that are necessary to keep the process under control.

Required Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma -Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in manufacturing operations or a related trade. Preferred Skills: Teamwork, communication skills, learning agility, etc.

**Pay Details:** $10.70 to $11.45 per hour
