Position Summary
The Sr Analyst, Operations Strategy will join the Aetna Technology Strategy and Operations team. The Aetna Technology Strategy & Operations team is responsible for a broad spectrum of functions including Technology Strategy, Management Processes, Talent Operations, Communications, Colleague Engagement, Insights & Visualization, and Financial Performance for the office of the Aetna Chief Digital and Technology Officer. Your contributions will be essential in positioning CVS Health as a ‘digital first, technology forward, and data-driven’ organization. This role is positioned at the intersection of technology strategy, talent management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support initiatives aimed at optimizing talent and vendor resources within the Aetna Technology Team.
+ Assist in building and enhancing the Aetna Technology talent pipeline by promoting diverse talent strategies and coordinating hiring processes.
+ Develop and deliver comprehensive analysis, metrics, and reporting materials to enable effective decision-making in support of strategic initiatives and operational goals.
+ Develop innovative tooling solutions and leverage data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
+ Integrate requests from multiple teams to provide comprehensive support for data and operational requirements, ensuring the accuracy of management insights dashboards and alignment with financial priorities throughout the year.
+ Partner with the Internal Communications Lead to develop, maintain and execute a content management and maintenance plan for internal organization focused on user experience and engagement.
+ Support planning and execution of internal events, such as Town Halls, Product Reviews, and Leadership Events.
+ Support the implementation of strategies from the Colleague Engagement team, including maintaining communication channels and creating engaging content.
+ Manage complex information, gather and analyze business intelligence, and communicate findings clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, including executive-level reporting.
Required Qualifications
+ Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to synthesize large amounts of information and identify cause-effect relationships.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
+ Highly organized with strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft O365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams, with a strong ability to leverage these tools for data analysis and reporting.
+ Highly motivated and able to work independently with ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations.
+ Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in analysis and reporting, ensuring high-quality outputs.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Understanding of technology concepts and the ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating better communication and collaboration.
+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to effectively present complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner, aiding in decision-making processes.
+ Understanding of AI automation tools and techniques, with the ability to leverage these technologies to streamline processes, enhance data analysis, and improve operational efficiency.
+ Experience in video and graphic imaging tools with ability to create engaging visual content that enhances communication efforts.
+ Experience with a variety of digital communication platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ 1–2 years’ experience in an analyst, project coordinator, or similar role (open to recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework).

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
