    + Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone and email

    + Resolve product, service, or billing issues promptly and professionally

    + Maintain up-to-date customer records in internal systems

    + Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

    + Provide information about products, services, or policies

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or office environment

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting

    + Familiarity with CRM or call center systems preferred

    + High school diploma or equivalent required
