    Payments Specialist – Position Overview

     

    The Payments Department is responsible for processing electronic payments and deposits, including mobile deposit review, customer payment dispute resolution (debit cards, Zelle, ACH), check and ACH stop payments, returned items, and fraud monitoring/reporting. Payment Specialists research and resolve issues efficiently and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
