    Crafted Highlights:

    In the role of Sr. IT Cost Management Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Information Technology team. You will be responsible for the successful and cost-effective ownership of the North American IT costs and will be able to provide specialist financial acumen and oversight, governance and recommendations relating to financial opportunities and risks. You will engage with key stakeholders to collaboratively ensure the financial integrity of the IT environment.

     

    This position reports to Sr. Mgr IT Cost Management and works closely with IT Tower Teams, Senior IT Leadership, IT Business Partners, Project Manager, Finance, Procurement, and offshore operational support teams.

    What You’ll Be Brewing:

    • Manage the technology related costs supporting specific IT Tower Leads, including budgeting, monthly forecasting, and reporting of IT spend - capturing relevant labor, outsourcing, software, network, hardware, telecom, and project portfolio costs.

    • Accountability for month end processes, cost saving initiatives, cost model support, project transition costs and benefits and for driving productive financial reviews with key stakeholders.

    • Collaborate closely with the broader IT Tower Teams, Senior IT Leadership, IT Business Partners, Project Manager, Finance, Procurement, and offshore operational support teams.

    Key Ingredients:

    • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or IT discipline OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the related field

    • You have 3+ years finance experience and knowledge of project and accrual accounting methodology.

    • You have prior budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience, preferably in an IT environment.

    • You have knowledge of SAP and strong skills in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.

    • You have strong organizational and analytical skills.

    • You understand Scaled Agile Framework, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies preferred.

    • You have a strong sense of time management with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

    • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

    • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

    • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

    • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

    Pay and Benefits:

    At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

     

    **Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings** : **$81,600.00** **-** **$107,100.00** (posting salary range) + **10** **%** target short term incentive + **$23,000** on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

     

    The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
