    Staff Management | SMX is looking to add a Team Lead on **SECOND SHIFT** for our client, Toyoda Gosei (TGASK) in Hopkinsville, KY. Starting pay is $20.50 / hour! The Manufacturing Team Lead position is a full time opportunity responsible for managing a team of production associates, working on the floor alongside your team, coordinating with client contacts, and assisting with recruiting/training functions as needed.

    Pay Rate: $20.50 / hour

    Duties:

    1. Accountability

    2. Problem Solving

    3. Marking attendance for all current associates

    4. Maintaining communication with all supervisors regarding SMX team members

    5. Work closely with HR and day shift team daily to coordinate open positions and new hires

    6. Maintain a professional relationship with the client

    7. Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation as needed

    Position Requirements:

    1. Minimum 6 months leadership experience

    2. Minimum of 6 months, work history in Production, Office, or Customer Service fields

    3. Must have adequate computer skills (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)

    4. Be flexible to train on day shift if applying for the second shift Team Lead position before transitioning to nights

     

    Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
