This role drives full operational adoption following integration by tracking outstanding tasks, supporting core property functions, and identifying risks or gaps beyond standard checklists by being on-site for extended periods, sometimes 3+ weeks. The specialist ensures consistent alignment with property management agreements, client directives, and Avenue5 standards, while supporting Operations and Portfolio Services leaders in achieving client expectations.
Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, the role partners with property teams, operations leadership, and clients to translate contractual requirements into consistent execution and sustained operational performance.
Primary Responsibilities and Objectives
Integration Enablement & Operational Adoption
+ Deploy to assigned properties to provide integration enablement support, including extended on-site assignments.
+ Track, manage, and drive completion of outstanding integration and operational tasks.
+ Support day-to-day property operations, including leasing, resident lifecycle activities, collections, marketing execution, and basic financial processes.
+ Identify operational gaps, risks, or compliance concerns not captured through standard tools or checklists.
Client, Contract & Leadership Support
+ Ensure operational execution aligns with contractual obligations, client expectations, and Avenue5 standards.
+ Support Operations and Portfolio Services leaders in achieving client expectations.
+ Communicate confidently with property teams, operations leadership, and clients at all levels.
+ Act as a single point of contact during assigned enablement periods.
Training, Coaching & Performance Enablement
+ Provide hands-on training, onboarding, and coaching for new or transitioning associates.
+ Support managers through remedial, refresher, and performance-improvement training.
+ Assess skill gaps, provide constructive feedback, and recommend development actions.
Continuous Improvement
+ Share field insights and observations to improve integration, training, and operational standards.
+ Partner with Integrations, Operations, and Portfolio Services, if applicable, to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Education and Experience
+ Four years or more of property management experience is required
+ Three years or more of direct management experience is required
+ Prior experience in Yardi Voyager, RentCafé, RealPage, OneSite or other equivalent systems is preferred
+ Prior experience in Salesforce is preferred
+ Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal fair housing laws
+ High school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred

+ Sensitivity to confidential information and adherence to company policies and safety requirements.
+ Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
+ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
+ Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required.
Scheduling
+ Extensive travel required (65–90%), including overnight and extended stays.
+ Roving position with variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
+ On-call support may be required during staffing or operational gaps.
