As a **Security Guard - Telecom Patrol** in **Plainfield, IN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a secure environment by conducting routine patrols and supporting access control, all while embodying our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, suspicious behavior, or hazards, following established protocols.

+ Assist visitors and personnel with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.

+ Document and communicate all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
