Join Amazon's University Talent Acquisition organization as a Senior Business Operations Manager at the forefront of early career hiring for the world's most customer obsessed company. This highly visible role will shape the future of Amazon's early career pipeline by partnering directly with PXT (People Experience and Technology) and Amazon leadership to drive transformative recruiting initiatives, operational excellence, and strategic innovation. Key job responsibilities
As a key strategic partner to Amazon University Talent Acquisition and Amazon's PXT and TA leadership teams, you will architect and execute solutions that directly impact our most strategic talent pipeline. This role demands both big thinking and precise execution, as you'll be responsible for:
• Driving strategic planning and execution across Amazon University Talent Acquisition, including 3-Year Planning and annual planning (OP1/OP2)
• Owning mission-critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance
• Leading innovative initiatives that strengthen our organization's capabilities to recruiter the best early career talent
• Developing scalable frameworks that become the standard for how we operate and grow
• Partnering with partner teams to translate data insights into actionable solutions that drive meaningful change

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR or business function experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience working in international cross-functional teams
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
- • High quality document preparation and presentation skills
- • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
- • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $134,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
