Job Title: Intermediate Architectural StaffJob Description

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys producing high-quality construction documents in a fast-paced setting. You’ll be part of a supportive team where you can make an immediate impact. The position is based in the Retail Studio located in Seattle.

Responsibilities

+ Produce full sets of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.

+ Apply building codes and technical detailing to ensure compliance.

+ Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal teams.

+ Utilize design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD.

+ Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating.

+ Engage in light project management and client interaction.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in producing detailed, code-compliant drawing sets using Revit.

+ Skilled in technical coordination, including consultant collaboration and applying building codes.

+ Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with teams to meet deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects, preferably in food & beverage.

+ Capability to lead junior staff and contribute to team coordination.

+ Comfort in supporting client interactions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $36.00/hr.
