Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEM ANALYST in the AVIATION STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT AND END-TO-END SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM) BRANCH; UNDER THE DIRECTOR, SUPPLY OPERATIONS DIVISION of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD. Responsibilities You will provide governance and advocacy over assigned functional business processes including planning, allowancing, order fulfillment, repairables management and supply master data. You will act as a liaison and troubleshooter for ERP sustainment including developing, implementing and monitoring overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity. You will support supply chain or process owners to ensure compliance with set processes, policies and procedures. You will identify deficiencies in performance and recommend changes for correction. You will define integrated supply chain management plans and recommend innovative solutions for possible application to Navy programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying expert knowledge of inventory/logistics/supply chain management and knowledge of a broad range of related supply program relationships and a wide range knowledge of NAVSUP supply operations management policies, business process analysis methodologies, concepts, practices and principles in order to analyze and develop solutions for the command customer fulfillment problems that provides support to customers at the ashore, afloat and depot maintenance facilities. Specialized experience must include the following: 1) Applying comprehensive functional knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including Supply Master Data, Supply Planning, Allowancing, Procurement, Repairables Management and Order Fulfillment and have familiarity with the supply chain management processes and supply operations best practices; 2) Knowledge of widely used commercial off-the-shelf software packages, and the ability to master new technological tools and software packages; 3) Supporting inventory management processes for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), acting as a liaison and troubleshooter for ERP sustainment including developing, implementing and monitoring overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity; 4) Establishing liaisons with functional experts and sub-process managers at NAVSUP field activities to support supply chain or process owners to ensure compliance with set processes, policies and procedures; 5) Providing analysis and developing strategies and procedures to improve supply chain effectiveness.
