Responsibilities*
+ Design and Development of eLearning materials/courses
+ Facilitate instructor led training sessions on various IT applications using provided scripted materials.
+ Train & Support learners on assigned applications and organizational workflows related to their appropriate role in a variety of settings.
+ Support end users during upgrade go-lives, via labs, team meetings, one-on-one support as well as through assigned help desk ticket requests.
+ Master the assigned applications and workflows relevant to your training area(s).
+ Manage classroom rosters, attendance, exams, completion, and competencies within the Learning Management System.
+ Develop/Assist testing scripts and training environment (as applicable).
+ Develop/Assist with creation and updates of training materials.
+ Stay current with industry trends and advances to enhance training content and outcomes.
+ Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications*
+ Bachelor's degree or better in a healthcare related field, information systems, education, human resources/organizational development or an equivalent amount of relevant education and experience.
+ Two to three years of relevant professional experience.
+ eLearning design and development knowledge/experience
+ Adaptable to technology and technology changes.
+ Able to effectively deliver scripted training material to groups of varying sizes for several hours and the willingness to adapt to challenging training situations and learning styles and modalities.
+ Ability to build rapport, engage adult learners and establish an enjoyable learning environment.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
+ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Desired Qualifications*
+ 3-5 years of experience in facilitating classroom learning experiences.
+ One year of healthcare training or operational experience.
+ Experience creating training materials for end users.
+ Familiarity with using an LMS to track training.
+ Experience/knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise and A.I.
+ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Teams, One-Note

Background Screening
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.
