    BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a **Behavioral Health Therapist** to join our outstanding and compassionate team in New Port Richey! This role is working on the mobile response team. It is a field based position throughout Pasco County.

     

    + **Facility:** BayCare Behavioral Health

    + **Location:** New Port Richey - Covers all of Pasco County

    + **Status:** Full-Time, Exempt: Yes

    + **Shift Hours:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    + **Weekend Work:** Occasional

    + **On Call:** Yes, rotating on call

    The Behavioral Health Therapist I is responsible for:

    + Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient.

    + Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintains appropriate documentation.

    + Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about community resources.

    + Performing other duties as assigned.

    + * This role requires a Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.

    Required Certification/License:

    + Driver's License

    + Driver's License LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Preferred

    Required Education:

    + Master's in Social Work, Psychology or Related Field

    Experience:

    + 2 years clinical related experience or 9 month internship. - Required

    + 1 year of relevant experience with Master's - Preferred
