Job Description

• **Lab Responsibilities**

+ Conduct **cell culture studies** (shake flask to fed-batch bioreactor)

+ Perform **affinity chromatography** & **viral inactivation**

+ Execute **cGLP cell banking** for research use

+ Ensure **SOP compliance** and report anomalies

• **Data & Reporting**

+ Analyze **large datasets** using statistical methods

+ Draft **technical reports** to support commercial filings

+ Present findings in **cross-functional meetings**

• **Team Collaboration**

+ Coordinate lab activities with **scientific teams**

+ Provide **technical support** to Manufacturing for troubleshooting & improvements

+ Participate in **training activities**

Qualifications

• **Education & Experience**

+ **BS/BA** in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or related discipline

+ Hands-on lab experience with **cell culture** and/or **affinity chromatography**

+ Solid understanding of **antibody manufacturing processes**

+ Proficient in **Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**

• **Work Authorization**

+ Must be **legally authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship**

• **Communication & Collaboration**

+ Strong **oral and written communication** skills

+ Excellent **attention to detail**

+ Able to work **independently** and as part of a **collaborative team**

• **Work Style & Mindset**

Additional Information

+ Position is full-time, 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.Excellent full time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options
