    Job Description

    Position Summary

    The Pricing Group Leader is responsible for overseeing both technical and personnel aspects of pricing operations. This role ensures accurate and timely pricing, supports departmental objectives, and drives continuous improvement. The leader acts as a technical resource, trainer, and problem-solver, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

    Leadership & Team Development

    + Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment.

    + Communicate a clear vision and motivate team members to achieve excellence.

    + Coach, train, and develop staff to maximize individual and team performance.

    + Conduct semi-annual performance reviews and participate in succession planning.

    + Address performance issues promptly and constructively.

    + Review and approve time entries for direct reports.

    Operational Excellence

    + Plan, monitor, and manage workflow to meet customer service needs and KPIs.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

    + Maintain data integrity and accurate record-keeping.

    + Support departmental Management Operating System (MOS) and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Technical Expertise

    + Act as a technical resource for pricing processes and troubleshooting.

    + Ensure accurate quoting and pricing; identify and correct discrepancies.

    + Provide input on operational and technical improvements.

    + Translate technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive language tailored to client needs.

    Customer Focus

    + Demonstrate responsiveness and commitment to delivering exceptional service and deliverables.

    + Collaborate with Business Development and technical teams to deliver accurate, compelling, and customer-centric proposals.

    + Understand customer needs and tailor proposal content to address specific objectives and priorities.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    + Minimum 3 years' professional experience

    + Background or understanding of Client Pricing, Project Scope Creation, or Biopharmaceutical Analytical Testing

    + Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

     

    Additional Information

     

    Position will be Full-Time, First Shift, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
