    Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the chance to work with cutting-edge warehouse equipment and engage with various teams across the organization. YOUR TASKS

     

    * Prepare outbound orders and necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e., BOLS, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.

    * Communicate with various delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department, and also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.

    * Enter data into a warehouse management system and file documents and forms.

    * You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.

    * Work outside in all weather conditions for short periods throughout the day to seal trailers and perform yard management audits

    * You may be required to operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner (Only when lift certified by Arvato.).

    YOUR PROFILE

    * High School Diploma or equivalent

    * At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.

    * Excel - intermediate experienced.

    * Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.

    * Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

    * Work schedule: A-shift - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday - 7:00am - 7:30pm and every other Saturday 6:00am - 2:30pm - some overtime is required
