Responsibilities

+ Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions

+ Support independence, skill development, and positive behavior

+ Implement individualized skill-building and treatment plans

+ Accurately record session data using electronic devices

+ Create a positive and supportive learning environment

+ Build strong relationships with families

+ Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment outcomes

Qualifications

+ Experience as an ABA Therapist or experience working with children or individuals on the autism spectrum preferred

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism

+ Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations

+ Reliable transportation

Need to Know

+ Services are provided in clients- homes and community-based locations

+ All positions begin as part-time

+ Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is required

+ Minimum six-month commitment required

+ Paid training is provided; no prior ABA experience is required
