Our client, a leading organization in the records management and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Record Center Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be an integral part of the operations supporting efficient storage, retrieval, and management of physical records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

**Shift:** Other (07:00:AM - 03:30:PM)

What's the Job?

+ Process orders and move boxes of files, books, and backup tapes

+ Manually lift, carry, and load storage boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 pounds

+ Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely

+ Use proprietary computer systems to track and locate records accurately

+ Assist with loading and unloading trucks and organizing storage areas

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 0 years of experience in a physical or warehouse environment

+ Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes regularly without assistance

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Good reading and writing skills in English

+ Physical stamina to kneel, squat, reach, and bend frequently
