    What You’ll Do

    + Create detailed structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD (50/50 split).

    + Collaborate closely with engineers and principals to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    + Draft for high-end retail and flagship stores, focusing on steel, metal studs, and water systems.

    + Work independently while meeting tight deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    What We’re Looking For

    + 2+ years of drafting experience with strong structural knowledge.

    + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

    + Ability to share samples of previous drawings.

    + Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
