Description We are looking for a skilled Paralegal to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia, on a long-term contract basis. This role involves handling legal documentation, assisting with case management, and ensuring timely responses to legal inquiries. If you are detail-oriented and have experience managing subpoenas and document production, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming subpoenas and legal requests, ensuring all necessary documentation is gathered and organized.

• Redact sensitive and proprietary information from legal documents before submission.

• Maintain an organized shared drive for storing and accessing legal documents.

• Assist with the preparation and submission of invoices related to subpoena requests.

• Enter new case matters into the Legal Tracker system to facilitate billing and record-keeping.

• Ensure timely follow-up on pending legal requests and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with dealerships to collect required documentation in PDF format.

• Support the paralegal team with final reviews and submissions of legal documents.

• Provide occasional remote support as needed after initial onsite training. Requirements

• Proven experience handling subpoenas and legal documentation.

• Proficiency in document redaction and management systems.

• Preferred experience with Legal Tracker.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
