**Counter Sales Associate - $23/Hour - WEEKLY PAY!**

Hours: 7AM - 5PM Monday thru Friday

Pay: $19 - $23 (depending on experience!)

_Join our team as a Counter Sales Associate, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service. This hybrid role requires you to seamlessly transition between warehouse duties and front-line customer interactions, providing a dynamic and engaging work experience._

Responsibilities

+ Greet and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and orders.

+ Answer phones to address customer needs and process orders.

+ Work from printed order tickets to manage and fulfill customer orders.

+ Scan and manage inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.

+ Navigate between the warehouse, truck bays, and inventory station to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

+ Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.

+ Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications.

+ Experience in inventory management.

+ Previous experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Casper, WY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46930.00 - $54340.00/yr.
