Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Distribution Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our distribution operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Process and audit orders accurately.

+ Ensure company product meets customer specifications.

+ Pack products securely for shipment.

+ Ship orders to designated customer locations.

+ Inspect products to guarantee they adhere to customer specifications.

+ Collect cardboard and place it into the compactor.

+ Sort and count parts diligently.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in warehouse operations.

+ Proficiency in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.

+ Ability to manage inventory and conduct accurate counting.

+ Skill in labeling and organizing shipments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior experience in inventory management.

+ Attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
