Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for General Laborers to support a commercial facility expansion project in San Angelo. This role involves assisting the concrete and carpentry crews, keeping the site clean, and helping with day‑to‑day tasks to keep the project moving.

Responsibilities

+ Assisting carpenters and concrete crews with basic tasks

+ Moving materials, tools, and equipment around the jobsite

+ Setting up and breaking down work areas

+ Helping with **rebar, form materials, and concrete prep** as directed

+ Using basic hand tools (shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, drills, etc.)

+ Cleaning up debris and maintaining a safe, organized work area

+ Helping with site prep, backfilling, and general labor tasks

+ Following all safety rules and instructions from supervisors

Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous construction or outdoor labor experience preferred

+ Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet all day

+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

+ Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow directions

+ Willing to work long shifts if needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
