Job Title: Agriculture Mechanic** **Job Description

As an Agriculture Mechanic, you will complete repairs during the processing season to meet production goals. During non-production periods, you will overhaul and install plant equipment to ensure readiness for the next scheduled production run. You will also operate farming equipment when maintenance is not required.

Responsibilities

+ Repair and maintain peas and corn harvest equipment and related equipment.

+ Maintain cost control over equipment for budget purposes.

+ Perform maintenance in other areas of the facility when needed.

+ Ensure an even, constant, and sufficient flow of product that meets or exceeds company standards during harvest season.

+ Maintain positive employee relations.

+ Enforce and follow General Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), safety rules, and regulations.

+ Collaborate with Area Supervisors to maintain production and quality.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
