Overview
Provides leadership and development to the SurePayroll Sales DSM's and partners effectively with key stakeholders in other departments to optimize the strategy behind sales efforts to achieve or exceed financial targets assigned by the business.
Responsibilities
+ Leads, directs, and develops SurePayroll District Sales Managers in technical knowledge, competitive knowledge, sales and management skills to ensure inside sales activities drive the achievement of key metrics and company financial goals.
+ Administers, directs, and monitors activities of District Sales operations to ensure adherence to, and implementation of, corporate sales plans and programs. Reviews performance against forecast and takes corrective action where necessary.
+ Monitors attainment versus forecast. Identifies root causes of variance and, when applicable, manages performance of DSMs and/or holds them accountable for the performance management and development of their reps.
+ Recruits, selects and develops talent across the sales organization to maximize engagement, minimize turnover, promote career path growth, and develop bench strength across the enterprise
+ Cultivates and leverages internal relationships to actively solicit feedback from all areas of the organization. Participates in cross-functional projects in order to continually improve sales and other organizational processes, and to develop and achieve mutual objectives with other areas of the enterprise
+ Partners internally and externally to maximize opportunities to and from referral partners
+ Participates in strategic and tactical planning meetings to create and execute effectively integrated best-in-class product, marketing, and sales practices,
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree - Required
+ Master's Degree - Preferred
+ 8 years of experience in Sales Experience.
+ 5 years of experience in Sales management experience.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $160,230.00 - $297,570.00 Annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
