CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect position for our client.
**Location:** Bakersfield, CA
**Duration:** 5 months
Duties:
+ Lead the selection, design, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Core HR and preferred experience in Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by aligning Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities with business objectives and workforce strategies.
+ Drive process design, functional architecture, and solution configuration across assigned HCM modules.
+ Conduct product demonstrations, functional design sessions, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical stakeholders.
+ Oversee application personalization, configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality delivery.
+ Provide end-to-end support across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.
Skills:
+ Deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR; experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security strongly preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of HCM business processes, data models, and security frameworks.
+ Experience with process design, product configuration, functional documentation, and testing methodologies.
+ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
+ Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
Experience:
+ 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
+ Proven experience serving as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on HCM Cloud implementations.
+ Prior experience working in a consulting or enterprise client environment.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
