We are seeking Scientist – Immunoassay Development to join IQVIA Laboratories at Indianapolis, IN.

Job Summary:

Lead the development, optimization, and validation of ligand-binding immunoassays in a fully digital laboratory environment—no mountains of paperwork, streamlined workflows powered by Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Design, execute, and optimize immunoassay methods to meet sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility targets

+ Perform method qualification and validation under GLP/GCP compliance and prepare technical reports

+ Interpret and summarize data for scientific reports and presentations

+ Transfer methods internally or externally and support technology transfer activities

+ Troubleshoot assays and mentor junior staff on best practices

What We Are Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred

+ Proficiency in immunoassay platforms such as ELISA, MSD, Luminex, or SMCxPro

+ Experience with method development, validation, and troubleshooting under regulatory guidelines

+ Familiarity with Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems and digital workflows

+ Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

+ Comfort working in a paperless, automated environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $77,100.00 - $160,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
