    Every great idea starts with a great meeting—and that’s where you come in. As a Conference Services Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every meeting and event runs flawlessly. From booking spaces to coordinating services, you’ll create experiences that make an impact.

    What You’ll Do

    + Own the Details: Manage all reservations and bookings for meetings and conferences.

    + Deliver Quality: Inspect and maintain conference rooms so they look and function perfectly.

    + Be the Expert: Communicate available services, policies, and fees to clients with clarity and confidence.

    + Make It Happen: Coordinate all services for booked meetings, ensuring every detail is covered.

    + Collaborate: Join planning meetings, review event details, answer questions, and solve logistical challenges.

    + Adapt & Support: Handle last-minute changes like a pro and assist with other duties as needed.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    Education: High School Diploma/GED required.

     

    Experience: 1–3 years in hospitality or event coordination.

     

    High Hospitality IQ

     

    Skills

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

     

    Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Professionalism and tact when working with clients and colleagues.
