Operate hand/power tools

Read tape measure to 1/8" accuracy

Assemble wood components

Lift/move up to 50 lbs throughout shift

Maintain stable attendance and pace in non-climate-controlled environment

Ability to read tape measure

Willingness to stand/move/lift all day

Reliable attendance

Comfortable in fast-paced, physical environment Carpentry or woodworking experience

Prior manufacturing or assembly experience

Home construction or component manufacturing background
