    **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Slot Systems Administrator will provide support for the Slot Departments within the assigned region(s). The Slot Systems Administrator will ensure slot system integrity of data for accurate analytics, brand consistency, and efficiency of operations. Must work within and between teams consisting of external Vendors and internal departments such as CNGC, Surveillance, IT, and Audit. You will report to the Slot Systems Director.

    **Location** : Durant

    **Schedule** : Regular/Full-Time - 8:00am-4:30pm

    Primary Tasks:

    1. Accurately enter and maintain comprehensive data for all Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and associated projects—including conversions, modifications, floor moves, installations, and software upgrades—with minimal operational disruption. Ensure strict adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, CNO internal controls, policies, and procedures.

    2. Create, modify, and distribute detailed documentation including spreadsheets, verification forms, and test documents for EGM-related projects such as installations, conversions, removals, game relocations, and software updates.

    3. Assemble and manage a complete EGM Par Sheets folder and project documentation folder (both digital and physical formats), ensuring inclusion of internal/external notifications, verification/testing records, and all supporting materials.

    4. Monitor and verify compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS), particularly regarding progressive liability, verification procedures, and EGM audits conducted monthly, quarterly, and annually.

    5. Generate, validate, and distribute a variety of operational and regulatory reports on a daily and monthly basis for multiple departments.

    6. Perform routine system monitoring to verify the accuracy and integrity of both in-house and Wide Area Progressive (WAP) records. Ensure compliance with documentation standards during EGM installations and removals and in accordance with daily CNO policies and monthly MICS/TICS requirements.

    7. Travel may be required to Choctaw gaming properties throughout Oklahoma to support installations, audits, or compliance activities.

    8. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Associate degree or 2 years directly related experience

    + Two (2) years previous Slot experience of Aristocrat Oasis.
