Industrial Sewing & Assembly Operator – 1st Shift

Shift: **Monday- Friday, 1st Shift, 6am to 2:30pm**

Wage: **$17/Hour**

We are seeking an Industrial Sewing & Assembly Operator to join a manufacturing team in Dyersville. This role is responsible for sewing, fabricating, and assembling products using industrial sewing machines, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate industrial sewing machines, fabric cutters, and hand/power tools

+ Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to work orders and drawings

+ Load and unload materials at workstations

+ Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

+ Perform rework or corrections as needed

+ Prepare finished products for next production step or transfer

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

+ Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines

+ Document completed work

+ Operate a sit-down forklift as needed (training provided)

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED preferred

+ Experience with industrial sewing or manufacturing assembly a plus

+ Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and use a tape measure

+ Comfortable using hand and power tools

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
