Wage: $60,000 - $70,000 / year base + full benefits package available

The Construction Project Manager will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations. You will work closely with senior project managers to manage day-to-day activities, communicate with clients and subcontractors, and contribute to the overall success of each project. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in Dyersville, IA. As a key member of the project team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Manager and Lead Project Manager on various construction projects.

What we’d like you to bring to the position:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience (preferred)

+ 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, BlueBeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Basic understanding of construction safety standards and building codes.

+ Ability to handle occasional overnight travel when necessary (minimal).
