    Job Summary:

    BARD Material's Aggregate Production team is seeking an Aggregate Production Operator who will be responsible for transporting materials to and from stockpiles.

    Job Description:

    You Are:

    + An individual who enjoys operating and maintaining heavy equipment

    + Strive to maximize productivity

    + Able to visualize instructions

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate dump truck to transport finished products from the plant to the proper area/stockpile(s) as directed

    + Utilize equipment in a manner to maximize productivity

    + Operate other mobile plant equipment as needed (ie. Loader) in accordance to specification without damage

    + Perform daily truck inspections, as well as identify and assist in correcting an issues

    + Report mechanical or maintenance issues with equipment

    + Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations

    + Abide by MSHA regulations as specified in MSHA handbook

    + Listens to direction and follows instruction accordingly

    What You'll Need

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required

    + Prior haul truck (or other large mobile equipment) experience preferred

    + Previous experience in open pit mining operations and aggregate products a plus

    + Ability to learn stockpile and plant flow

    + CDL License preferred.
